UCLA Visual and Performing Arts Education Viewbook — Presentation design for an arts education program

The UCLA Visual and Performing Arts Education (VAPAE) Program offers arts education courses, community arts programs, internships, and public presentations for UCLA undergraduates and the community at large. As their graphic designer, I designed a digital viewbook to promote VAPAE and recruit new students into the program. This viewbook was entirely built and designed using Google Slides and Google Fonts.

Simplifying complex information with thoughtful layouts

Marketing presentations often lack an attention to detail and can be difficult to parse for a wide audience. I believe that presentations deserve to be visually appealing, interactive, and digestible to read.

One of the challenges I faced while designing each page of VAPAE’s presentation was figuring out how to include all necessary text without condensing or reducing the text. To resolve this, I broke up the text into smaller chunks to make the information easier to process.
