Cariuma — Web design and animations for a sustainable sneaker brand.


Cariuma is a sneaker brand with a mission to prioritize making sneakers that are better for people and the planet. Cariuma partnered with Barrel to optimize their web experience. As part of the design team at Barrel, I prototyped and designed assets that optimized the user experience and brand engagement on Cariuma’s website.

Celebrating special occasions with animation.


I created logo animations to celebrate Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Earth Day, and Cariuma’s 5th birthday. These branded animations were globally deployed onto Cariuma’s website, adding a layer of motion that creates a memorable online shopping experience for customers.

To make the shopping experience more seamless, I designed an expanding navigation bar that allows users to easily explore Cariuma’s diverse shoe categories.


The crowd pleasers module on the homepage is optimized to align with Cariuma’s brand identity.
The collaborations module makes it more easy and accessible for users to find Cariuma’s products made in partnership with other brands.

The 3d view modal allows customers to view products in 3D angles and in real time and space.


On the product description page, I optimized the info accordion to be more simple and streamlined. The added quick view of customer ratings and reviews provides customers a deeper understanding of the product and builds trust between them and the brand.
